About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports Carolina Cool’s operations team by assisting HVAC technicians and keeping warehouse activities running efficiently. This hands-on, flexible role includes issuing parts and equipment, managing inventory, maintaining the facility, and supporting additional duties and projects as directed by management. The position follows a stable, full-time schedule and may include overtime as needed. The work takes place in a warehouse with frequent physical activity and exposure to varying temperatures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to take initiative and assist wherever needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or HVAC parts experience.

Responsibilities

• Issue parts and equipment to HVAC technicians for daily service and installation needs.
• Order, receive, and stock warehouse inventory and job-specific materials.
• Unload deliveries and verify shipment accuracy.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with inventory tracking and stock replenishment.
• Perform light facility maintenance, grounds upkeep, and basic janitorial tasks.
• Open and secure warehouse facilities, including end-of-day lockup.
• Support additional duties and special projects as directed by management.
