About The Position

Imperial Brady is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Kentwood, Michigan. The role supports warehouse operations by selecting and locating merchandise, fulfilling customer orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization. Associates use pick tickets or an RF scanner to build pallets efficiently and ensure skids reach the correct locations or trucks. Other warehouse duties may be assigned.

This is a second-shift position, Monday through Friday, from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., or until the daily work is completed.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• At least 1 year of high-volume order selecting experience.
• At least 1 year of experience using a ride-on electric pallet jack.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more comfortably and without assistance.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming material orders and pick tickets.
• Locate materials on warehouse shelves.
• Place materials on an order picker, forklift, or pallet jack.
• Deliver items to the loading area to be wrapped and placed on a delivery truck.
• Unload trucks.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Fulfill customer orders using pick tickets or an RF scanner, build pallets efficiently, and bring skids to the correct locations or trucks.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
