About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for completing shipments by processing and loading orders, preparing orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area. This role also involves completing deliveries by driving a truck or van to and from designated sites, maintaining the vehicle by completing preventive maintenance and arranging for repairs. The associate will enforce inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests, provide quality service by following organization standards, and maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat. Additionally, the role promotes a clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, completes reports by entering required information, and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • At least one year of Forklift experience
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to plan, coordinate and record inventory intake
  • Strong work ethic, leads by example and does what it takes to get the job done
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various other software programs for data entry
  • Ability to communicate with clarity at the frequencies required by management and customers
  • Ability to travel to multiple sites as required
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks assigned in a timely manner
  • Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
  • Must be able to pass a DOT physical, pre-employment drug test, and background check
  • High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
  • Forklift experience
  • Valid CDL
