About The Position

As GCG continues to grow, we are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to add to our team in Tempe, AZ! In this role, your main responsibility will be cutting wire to customer orders, picking orders, shipping & receiving, and assisting with general warehouse duties as needed. If you are looking for a direct-hire position in a climate-controlled warehouse to gain hands on experience with an industry leader, then we may be just the right fit for you!

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• Reliable transportation is required as the site is not accessible by public transit
• Experience using computers required
• Attention to detail
• Basic math skills required
• Must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend and lift 50lbs

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Pick inventory using sit down forklifts
• Pack, label, and ship out orders
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight
• Complete and manage shipping and receiving paperwork
• Assist with general inventory duties including cycle counts, relocating, and put-away
• Daily set up and operation of the following machines: spooling machine, rim drive machine, ink jet machine, and striping machine
• Perform additional warehouse duties as needed
