About The Position
La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries is hiring one exceptional full-time Warehouse Associate for our store in Gilbert, AZ. This is much more than your average warehouse associate job, you will be working alongside our Sales Associates, Designers and Store Manager as part of a high-performing team to support La-Z-Boy. As a professional representative of the La-Z-Boy name and brand, you play an invaluable role in the success of this company. Requirements
- Dependable and on time every day.
- Team player and Self-starter
- Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- 0-2 years of experience
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read, write and understand basic instructions
Nice To Haves
- Prior distribution center/warehouse or furniture experience
- OSHA Certification
Responsibilities
- Receive freight and stock freight
- Pull and prepare furniture for delivery company
- Assist with furniture prep, floor moves, and floor sets
- Assist with tagging
- Maintain lighting and other floor standards
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
