About The Position

This position is responsible for all warehouse functions including but not limited to receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and preparing products for delivery while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion. The duties and responsibilities described are not necessarily an exhaustive list. Additional duties may be assigned to the employee as necessitated by business demands.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience
• Teamwork
• Must possess strong communication, customer service, and organization skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in transportation, logistics, supply career fields are a bonus

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Inspection of all deliveries
• Use computer/internet based system to accurately receive, inventory & ship equipment
• Communicate via email/teams/phone (if required) with other departments inside Singer Kittredge
• Responsible for accurately picking equipment from warehouse based on provided documentation and assembling/building correctly for delivery to construction sites.
• Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations.
• Operates warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks. (forklift & pallet jack)
• Performs work under general supervision.
• Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
