About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to join its warehouse operations team in West Palm Beach, Florida. The role contributes to warehouse operations by unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading delivery trucks. It emphasizes safety, quality, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols. Work is part-time, approximately 4–5 variable days per week and 28–35 hours total, with shifts from 1:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of required sorting work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to remain on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in heat and cold, as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices; safety is OnTrac’s first core value.
• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete the job.
