About The Position

This role involves accurately picking products, hand-stacking cases weighing up to 50 pounds, and building beverage products on pallets. The associate will identify and report discrepancies, follow safety procedures, and maintain a clean work environment. Meeting performance expectations for productivity, accuracy, and product damage is essential.

Requirements

• Ability to frequently stand, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds from floor level to overhead.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately match products, numbers, and descriptions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding, fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following company policies and procedures.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test, as applicable to the position.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products by matching item numbers and product descriptions using pick sheets and labels.
• Hand-stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds from floor level to overhead.
• Build beverage products in a defined and stable stacking pattern on pallets.
• Identify and report product discrepancies, quality concerns, damaged products, or equipment issues to a supervisor.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the safe operation of equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment and assist with general warehouse housekeeping duties.
• Meet established performance expectations for productivity, accuracy, and product damage.
