About The Position

Boden Warehouse Associates work in an upbeat, fast-paced team environment while striving to deliver an amazing experience to shoppers by carrying out various warehouse tasks to support the goal of fulfilling and processing customer orders in a timely and efficient manner while reflecting the Boden brand expectations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with wireless handheld devices
• Ability to understand and adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures

Nice To Haves

• Previous work experience in a warehouse environment, preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of warehouse tasks that support meeting Boden customer needs
• Pick customer/wholesale orders
• Pack and ship customer/wholesale orders
• Process and refurbish returned merchandise
• Stock, audit, replenish, relocate and ticket merchandise
• Receive deliveries, unload and unpack merchandise
• Perform quality checks on garments
• Follow departmental processes as applicable to each area
• Meet and maintain set productivity goals
• Perform tasks accurately and timely, keeping error rates to a minimum
• Demonstrate acceptable workplace behaviors
• Maintain acceptable attendance standards
• Clean up and organize work areas to ensure a safe working environment
• Work collaboratively within a team environment
• Participate as an active and positive team member in all areas, improving efficiencies
• Have flexibility and willingness to perform a variety of tasks throughout the Warehouse
