About The Position

InfoSend is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team in Downers Grove, IL. This role supports mail operations, inventory, and shipping and receiving. The associate will be responsible for restocking mail trays, managing inventory of supplies, cleaning the warehouse, shipping and receiving materials, and adhering to safety regulations. InfoSend is willing to train motivated individuals new to the industry. The position offers a stable, team-focused workplace with opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to process, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions
Ability to work in a fast-paced processing environment and adhere to deadlines
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and to frequently lift and move heavy materials (about 30-35 pounds)
Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated, and work independently
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass a drug screen, E-Verify, and background check

Nice To Haves

Forklift and 20' box truck experience preferred

Responsibilities

Support the Mail Operations Department by restocking mail trays for their use
Inventory and restock supplies and consumables
Clean and dispose of waste and recyclables; make pick-ups and deliveries in company vehicles
Ship and receive raw materials and finished products
Follow all safety regulations and legal documentation norms pertaining to warehousing
Follow instructions and complete all assigned tasks as delegated by the Manager/Supervisor
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
Move large paper rolls; occasionally required to lift up to 50 lbs.
Other duties as assigned
