About The Position

This position will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties including receiving, storing, distributing, and delivering materials, tools, equipment, and products. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to customers while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel & Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and handheld scanners is a plus.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is preferred.
  • Customer-focused attitude: desire to grow with and contribute to a customer-focused organization.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following company standards.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
  • Organize stock and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Drive company truck(s) to perform customer deliveries and/or supplier pick-ups.
  • Verify delivery documentation and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
  • Coordinate with the vehicle leasing company regarding preventative maintenance, inspections, and repair needs for company truck(s).
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned.
