About The Position

This position will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties including receiving, storing, distributing, and delivering materials, tools, equipment, and products. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to customers while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Requirements

Experience with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel & Word.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy while meeting deadlines.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to follow instructions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Ability to safely operate company vehicles and maintain a valid driver's license.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
Familiarity with inventory systems and handheld scanners is a plus.
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is preferred.
Customer-focused attitude: desire to grow with and contribute to a customer-focused organization.

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following company standards.
Load and unload delivery trucks using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
Organize stock and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Drive company truck(s) to perform customer deliveries and/or supplier pick-ups.
Verify delivery documentation and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
Coordinate with the vehicle leasing company regarding preventative maintenance, inspections, and repair needs for company truck(s).
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned.
