The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by managing the flow of materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a safe, organized work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1yr of Warehouse/Inventory Management Experience
• Basic Computer Skills and Microsoft Office Proficiency (i.e., Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to Physically Lift Up to 75lbs
• Strong listening and empathy skills
• Demonstrate interpersonal communication skills
• Organization skills for managing work schedules, job priorities, and stock levels
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check

Nice To Haves

• Prior Experience within the Construction/Home Improvement Industry is Preferred
• Forklift Operation Certification is Preferred

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments of products and materials.
• Record all receipts and accurately enter data into the company computer system.
• Stage materials for scheduled pick-ups and outbound shipments.
• Assist with lifting large units and handle material pick-up and delivery as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse while maintaining inventory stock levels and requesting replenishment as needed, with detailed updates to our procurement department.
• Follow all safety requirements for equipment, tools, and warehouse operations.
• Recommend changes/improvements to work processes and operational procedures.
