Requirements
- Strong customer service skills, friendly, empathetic, and professional.
- Ability to stay organized and manage priorities independently.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change and feedback.
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and perform frequent bending, lifting, and standing.
- Comfortable working in a semi‑climate‑controlled environment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize shipments of products and materials within the warehouse.
- Prepare and stage materials for installer pick‑ups.
- Clean, organize, and prep trucks for next‑day installations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all company safety requirements.
- Assist with team lifts as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on location or shift.
