About The Position
Monmouth Cards is a fast-growing trading card & collectibles company dedicated to delivering top-quality products to collectors worldwide. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Warehouse team in Tinton Falls, NJ to assist in keeping our operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sports trading cards, customer service, and has prior warehouse experience. As a key part of our warehouse team, you will help maintain warehouse operations, inventory replenishment, and assist with online order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy is key with collectibles
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on occasion
- Comfortable standing and walking for the full shift
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with pallet jacks preferred
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack trading cards and other miscellaneous merchandise accurately and efficiently
- Perform inventory tasks including cycle counts and stock organization
- Operate pallet jacks and handle incoming and outgoing pallets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following all company procedures and quality standards
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
