About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. This role supports daily warehouse operations and ensures customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience working in an ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 environment preferred.
  • Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately count, sort, organize, and verify inventory.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Effective verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with coworkers, customers, and suppliers while demonstrating professionalism, tact, and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, process, stock, pick, pack, and ship inventory according to company procedures.
  • Accurately fulfill customer orders by following order notes and established warehouse processes.
  • Pull, put away, and manage order tags in accordance with company procedures.
  • Transfer completed orders from consolidation bins to shipping bins.
  • Monitor consolidation bins for hanging orders and update pull lists as needed.
  • Pull and prepare secondary orders and production kits.
  • Expedite priority and will-call orders for timely customer pickup.
  • Perform inventory management tasks, including cycle counts, shelf audits, and stock replenishment.
  • Reprint damaged or missing labels using the Bartender labeling system.
  • Inspect, repair, and replace damaged stock boxes and packaging as needed.
  • Verify scales are properly calibrated and ready for use.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse through daily housekeeping.
  • Participate in required safety training and follow all safety procedures.
  • Report inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, and unsafe conditions to the Warehouse Lead or Manager.
  • Cross-train and learn additional warehouse functions to support operational needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Lead or Manager.
