About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to support warehouse operations at its Lockbourne, Ohio location. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the operations team by sorting and moving packages while maintaining quality and following safety protocols. The role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse where temperatures vary by season, and hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

The position pays $18.00 per hour, with a $1.00 shift differential for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Work is scheduled on variable days, approximately three to five days per week, for an average of 25–40 hours weekly. Day shifts run from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM or until the end of sort and are part-time. Afternoon shifts run from 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM or until the end of sort and are full-time.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to remain on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in heat and cold, as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices; safety is the company’s first core value.

• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work cooperatively with the team to complete the job.
