About The Position

This role involves a variety of tasks within the warehouse and production environment, focusing on chemical blending, warehouse operations, safety, and team support.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
Reliable, dependable, and motivated to work.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Must pass a pre-employment background check.
Must pass drug and alcohol screening.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Warehouse, manufacturing, production, or logistics experience.
Forklift experience or certification.
Basic computer and inventory system experience.

Responsibilities

Blend and mix chemical products according to established procedures and quality standards.
Measure, weigh, and label raw materials accurately.
Operate production equipment and assist with loading railcars and bulk containers.
Load dry powder materials into processing systems.
Receive, inspect, store, and ship materials.
Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders.
Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
Assist with inventory counts and material replenishment.
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Participate in safety meetings and training programs.
Report safety concerns promptly.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform additional duties as needed to support operations.
