About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the selecting and prepping of orders using RF scanners, forklifts, and pallet jacks, providing support in preparing and packaging orders following REEP Fitness shipping guidelines, and ensuring the warehouse is organized and cleaned to maintain a clean and safe working environment. This is a temporary position, and we anticipate needing the role through December 1st, 2026, with the possibility of an extension if needed.

Requirements

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or zero to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification and/or experience preferred

Responsibilities

Keep picking locations full by utilizing RF Scanner for inventory replenishment.
Load/unload containers, utilizing safe body mechanics.
Inspect and count incoming shipments.
Perform inventory "put aways" utilizing scanner.
Ensure that the warehouse is organized and cleaned to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Prepare and package orders following Rep Fitness shipping guidelines.
Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast paced environment.
