About The Position

Kirby Risk is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team in Lebanon, IN. In this role, the associate will be the heart of warehouse operations, helping ensure materials are received, stored, picked, and delivered accurately and efficiently. This position plays a vital role in helping customers get the products they need, when they need them.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders up to 15 feet
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop and perform physical work throughout the day
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Must have legal status that enables you to work in the U.S. We cannot obtain sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse experience preferred
Experience operating a multi-directional forklift and/or handling, loading, and unloading 20ft bundles of pipe is a plus
Experience using Warehouse Management Software is preferred and Auto Desk Construction Cloud is a plus

Responsibilities

Receive and unload incoming shipments, verify quantities and inspect materials for damage or discrepancies that need to be reported to management
Accurately enter receiving information into the warehouse management system
Process returns and assist with freight claims as needed
Perform inventory counts and cycle counts in accordance with company policy to maintain inventory integrity
Pick, stage, and prepare materials for customer orders and branch transfers
Move materials to designated warehouse locations using established processes
Operate with a safety first/operational efficiency mindset to guarantee the warehouse is well maintained, shelves are stocked, organized and products are displayed properly
Assist with continuous improvement efforts to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction
