We’re actively hiring for Warehouse Associates at our Caterpillar Menominee facility. Join us for an on-site hiring event with immediate interview opportunities for this role. The event will be held on Thursday, June 25th at our Caterpillar Menominee facility located at 5311 13th Street. The event will run from 9:30am - 11:30am and again from 3:30pm - 5:30pm, walk-ins are welcome! Shifts Available: 2nd Shift: 2pm-10pm Monday-Thursday, Friday 10:00am-6:00pm ($19.60/hour) 3rd Shift: 8pm-6am Monday-Thursday ($19.60/hour) Hourly pay rates do include off-shift premium
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of material handling equipment experience
- Minimum of 6 months of prior warehouse experience
- Beginner level of proficiency operating computers
- Resume or work history required for consideration
Nice To Haves
- Previous SAP experience
- Strong organization skills including the ability to follow a standard process and multi-task responsibilities
- Prior experience working in a team environment
- Intermediate proficiency in shop math
Responsibilities
- Moving parts or materials
- loading and unloading parts
- weigh counting parts
- pulling customer orders
- staging shipments

- receiving
- May perform receiving inspection
- may expedite orders with Schedulers to ensure proper materials are in house
- Proceeds on work assignments with a minimum of supervision and/or direction
- Operation of a fork-lift, stretch wrapper and dock leveler in addition to other warehouse equipment
- Must work safely in all aspects of the job
