Requirements

Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and warehouse equipment
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
Strong attention to detail, reliability, time management, and communication skills
Ability to lift heavy freight and work in varying warehouse temperatures
Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and safe material handling practices

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience working in warehouse, freight handling, shipping/receiving, or logistics environments preferred
Experience within transportation, logistics, freight, or warehouse operations industries preferred

Responsibilities

Load, unload, receive, and stage inbound and outbound freight accurately and efficiently.
Inspect freight for damages, verify counts, and ensure proper documentation and record keeping.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse tools and equipment safely.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Work collaboratively with warehouse and office teams to ensure smooth freight movement and workflow.
Support inventory accuracy, proper freight placement, and timely shipment processing.
