Requirements
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided).
- Passion for customer service and problem-solving.
- Desire to learn and master new skills.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment.
- Availability to work one weekend day per week (with one regular weekend day off).
Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, and maintain diverse inventory in partnership with the team.
- Handle agricultural supplies including pet foods, fertilizers, livestock feed, trees, and shrubs.
- Prepare and load customer orders for delivery.
- Operate equipment, including forklifts, to move products.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, safe, and customer-ready.
- Contribute to operational improvements through insights and ideas.
