We’re hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Phoenix branch. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping warehouse operations organized, accurate, and running efficiently each day. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. While industry knowledge is not required, experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling, or order fulfillment is always a plus. Order picking experience preferred, but not required
Inventory control experience preferred
Forklift or warehouse equipment experience is a plus, but not required

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup
Organize, stock, and maintain inventory throughout the warehouse
Assist with inventory counts and general inventory control processes
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment compliance standards
Safely operate warehouse equipment and tools as needed
Work closely with team members to support daily warehouse operations and customer needs
