The location in Dartmouth, (Nova Scotia, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of Warehouse Associate. This job is full-time permanent.

Requirements

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language is required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous material handling equipment experience an asset
  • SAP knowledge and skills preferred

Responsibilities

  • Accurate selection of orders, put aways and receiving.
  • Utilizing SAP, verify that all inbound freight is correct with the purchase order and enter the inventory into the system.
  • Prepare all outbound freight for pick up each evening.
  • Help in the day to day cleaning of the warehouse and perform additional tasks as may be required.
  • Pick orders, create shipments, load freight, and communicate issues to customer service representatives.
  • Managing inbound activities including but not limited to entering purchase order receipts, processing returns, booking and recording inbound appointments.
  • Inventory adjustments and movements including short stock inquiries, cancelling orders, cycle counting, and quantity changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer transactions, providing efficient follow-ups, resolving outstanding customer orders or concerns.
  • Maintaining high standards of telephone etiquette and promptness.
  • Liaise with Customer Service and Procurement as required.
