About The Position
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment. This role is responsible for accurately picking products, packing orders securely, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate orders on time.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Prior warehouse, fulfillment, production, or distribution experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and be trained on warehouse processes and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to read and understand pick tickets, labels, and basic written instructions
- Comfortable using handheld scanners or willing to learn
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Pick products from warehouse shelves and bins according to order specifications using pick lists, RF scanners, or paper tickets
- Verify product type, quantity, and quality against order documentation before packing
- Pack items securely using appropriate boxes, void fill, and packing materials to prevent damage during transit
- Label, seal, and stage completed packages for outbound shipment
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets while maintaining quality standards
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report issues to the shift supervisor
- Ensure all orders are completed accurately before shipment
- Restock packing stations with supplies as needed
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and general warehouse duties
- Support team members in maintaining efficient warehouse operations
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Report safety concerns or operational issues to management
