As a member of our MTR Associate Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our culture of customer service excellence. This role is ideal for someone with strong warehouse experience, including forklift and overhead crane operation, and familiarity with material handling processes such as picking, checking, packing, and MTR processing. Requirements

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations including picking, checking, packing, and MTR processing
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and material verification
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, web-based tools, scanning systems)
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication skills in English to support internal and external customers
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and be cross-trained in multiple functions
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience
  • Hands-on experience in at least two areas such as MTR processing, pipe picking, material handling, or order checking
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and overhead cranes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Must be able to work split shift hours starting at 12:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Pick and gather material fittings using forklifts, stand-up order pickers, and carts
  • Safely pick pipe using an overhead crane
  • Verify material counts, quality, and order accuracy before shipment
  • Pack and label materials according to customer specifications
  • Process Material Test Reports (MTRs/Documentation) for applicable pipe and fittings
  • Maintain adherence to all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Support cross-training across warehouse functions as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs
