About The Position

The Fountain Tire Kelowna Distribution Centre is currently looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team! As a Warehouse associate, each day will bring new opportunities, but you will always be involved in picking orders accurately by making sure KPI targets are met, receiving trailers by sorting, stacking, and putting away products to company standards, loading and unloading delivery trucks in a timely manner in order to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments, maintaining knowledge of inventory, stock locations, model numbers and handling instructions, assisting in inventory management through documentation processes and inventory counts, and working alone and with a team to proactively increase the efficiency of the warehouse.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to consistently lift up to 80 pounds on a regular basis without assistance
• Basic computer skills with Windows programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse or storage compound environment experience is an asset
• Valid Forklift certification is an asset
• Standup and order picker experience an asset

Responsibilities

• Picking Orders accurately by making sure KPI targets are met
