About The Position

Agilix Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Lenexa, KS branch. Responsibilities include picking customer orders via a bar coding system with high accuracy rate and staging the finished product. This role will report to the Operations Manager.

Requirements

Organization and Scheduling
Dealing with complex fulfillment orders within strict deadlines
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Maintain safety management requirements
Assist in maintaining Inventory Control
Must possess a “Can Do” team-player attitude at all times
High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree

Nice To Haves

12-18 months of experience working in a warehouse preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Picks customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
Maintaining acceptable efficiency rates of both quantity of products pulled as well as accuracy.
Maintaining bin/shelf integrity by keeping pulling areas clean of debris (empty cartons, box tops, etc.) and by keeping product organized on shelf.
Carries or transports orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with materials handling equipment, ensuring orders are staged properly.
Operates any materials handling equipment safely and efficiently as required.
Maintains material handling equipment by noting and reporting any damage or malfunction and connecting battery to recharging station at the end of shift.
