This is a physically active role ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by performance-based pay. As part of our team, you will play a key role in efficiently moving freight in and out of trailers while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Requirements

• Strong attendance and punctuality are essential
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be able to lift and carry 5–50 lbs consistently
• Capable of sustained physical activity for extended periods
• Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Hand-load boxes from a conveyor onto trailers (floor loading)
• Scan packages into the trailer using handheld devices
• Move cages to and from staging areas
• Ensure loads are organized, secure, and handled efficiently
• Unload boxes from trailers onto a conveyor system
• Scan packages and sort them into designated cages
• Maintain speed and accuracy in a high-volume workflow
