The Warehouse Associate, located in Peru, IL., will assist in all daily warehousing activities. This position will be responsible for picking and/or receiving processes as assigned.

Requirements

Requires basic experience warehouse, picking, and packing experience, under close supervision.
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
Must have good math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
Good organization and time management skills
Must be able to read and write in English as it pertains to the job and safety requirements.
Must be able to safely operate warehouse equipment
Must be able to read and write in English as it pertains to the job and safety requirements.
You must pass a drug test background check before starting.

Nice To Haves

forklift operation
RF scanners
Experience with RF scanning, a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup per schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Receive and process stock products (unload, label, store)
Ability to use RF gun and Warehouse Management System
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Operates forklift and performs preventative maintenance on warehouse vehicles and equipment.
Follows Warehouse rules and regulations.
Meets all safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and company policy standards.
Conducts daily duties while maintaining a safe and clean environment
Assists with training of team members
Demonstrates effective time management, efficient communication skills, and initiate to complete tasks without disrupting company culture
Perform other associated duties as assigned
