About The Position

Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada is currently recruiting an energetic and motivated full-time Warehouse Associate for our Mississauga location. This is a temporary 3-month contract position. The Warehouse Associate ensures the daily functions of the distribution centre are achieved; including maintaining accurate orders and inventory levels, achieving departmental KPI, and promoting a safe environment. Completes order processing tasks as well as all documentation relating to shipping and receiving. Compliance with Health Canada Regulations. Liaises with procurement and Customer Care Centre/Service for orders. Ensure order accuracy and minimum standards are maintained which are set by the group (QTY of orders per day picked and shipped out), maintain same day goods receipt with all incoming purchase orders Safety and housekeeping, making sure the facility is maintained to the quality and safety standards by end of day (Tools, forklift, pallets & storage in racks/isles) Ensures cross training is completed between receiving, order picking, asset tagging, inventory count, labeling and ordering supplies Seeks to continuously improve the operation of the branch by evaluating processes and workflow, and participating in other quality improvement activities. Review of monthly statistics to ensure monthly targets are met using KPI’s Ensure purchase order errors and corrections are corrected in the ERP in collaboration with procurement Ensures that damaged materials are documented and shared with procurement prior to returning to suppliers Maintains incoming/outgoing service center products/devices (dedicated area) Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma
  • 2-3 years of previous warehouse experience
  • Computer literacy and data input skills required for shipping and ERP system
  • Knowledge of general shipping, receiving and picking orders
  • Inventory management
  • Ability to work flexible and fast paced hours
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
