About The Position

Capstone is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our high-performance culture. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting products throughout the warehouse using various equipment and technology. Success in this position requires a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to adapt to changing operational needs. You will also be responsible for accurate data entry and administrative tasks as assigned. The work environment includes standing or sitting for periods in both office and warehouse settings, with concrete flooring and changing temperatures. You will be walking throughout the warehouse during your shift.

Requirements

6 months+ experience with ride-on electric pallet jack
High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
Ability to provide accurate entry of data
Ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned
Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
Walking throughout warehouse during shift

Responsibilities

Selecting products throughout the warehouse leveraging warehouse equipment that may include single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts or forklifts and other duties as assigned by site leadership
Use of VoCollect, RF Scan-guns or reading manual tickets
Accurate entry of data
Handle administrative tasks as assigned
