About The Position

Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. (NYSE:SEI) provides scalable equipment-based solutions for use in distributed power generation as well as the management of raw materials used in the completion of oil and natural gas wells. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Solaris serves multiple U.S. end markets, including energy, data centers, and other commercial and industrial sectors. The Warehouse Associate will manage and maintain parts inventory, oversee shipping and receiving processes, and facilitate the timely delivery of parts to jobsites. This role includes inventory control responsibilities, requiring strong organizational and analytical skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Collaboration with the main warehouse in Buffalo, TX., and forklift operation experience are essential.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and solve inventory-related problems.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status

Responsibilities

  • Track, monitor, and manage parts inventory to ensure accuracy and adequate stock levels.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits, reconciling discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions in inventory management systems.
  • Maintain and stock parts inventory in the warehouse, ensuring items are organized and accessible.
  • Oversee shipping and receiving operations, including inspecting deliveries and preparing items for shipment.
  • Operate various forklifts safely and efficiently for loading, unloading, and inventory management.
  • Deliver parts from the warehouse to job sites or arrange delivery as needed, using a dependable pickup truck or company vehicle.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery to meet jobsite requirements.
  • Coordinate with the main warehouse in Buffalo, TX., and the local team on parts procurement and inventory needs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to address inventory and operational challenges.
