About The Position

The individuals selected for this position are responsible for order selecting and merchandising wholesale products daily. They ensure that we are expediting and stocking wholesale products for our wholesale customers. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The job involves handling various products, managing inventory, and adhering to safety regulations.

Requirements

Over the age of 21.
Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions or memos.
Ability to talk and communicate with coworkers and guests.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in both whole numbers and in fractions and decimals without the aid of a calculator or abacus.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Must be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday.
Must be available 80% or more of all shifts each week.

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of warehouse experience.
High school diploma or a general education degree (GED).
Experience is sometimes considered equivalent to education.
Counting is a major plus.
Completing job assignments in a timely fashion and then looking for the next task.
Knowing when to come in from the rain.
Ability to work outside of scheduled time only with Store Manager approval.

Responsibilities

Order selecting and merchandising wholesale products daily.
Expediting and stocking wholesale products for wholesale customers.
Identifying product by SKU, size, varietal, and rack bin location.
Making necessary notes on invoices for variances, changes, and out-of-stock products.
Maintaining control and integrity of the pull cart.
Maintaining neat and orderly product rack areas while order selecting.
Maintaining the pull cart staging area for quick verification.
Packing wholesale order products neatly without damage.
Tagging wholesale customer orders according to shipment quantity.
Maintaining security and proper usage of TABC stamps.
Working with and maintaining TABC stamp guns and machines.
Restocking supplies and utilizing equipment for replenishment of products in racks.
Informing manager/lead of out-of-stocks or inventory variances.
Working with and maintaining computer equipment.
Assisting in preparation for and execution of inventory.
Practicing teamwork and cooperation with coworkers.
Seeking to continually improve related skills and knowledge.
Undertaking responsibilities with care and attention to detail.
Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
Properly utilizing a dolly and/or pallet jack.
Pushing or pulling 50-100 pounds regularly.
Carrying out directives given by the Management Team.
Working in accordance with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA.
Practicing time management skills and prioritizing tasks to meet daily demands.
Ensuring attendance and timeliness.
