The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately pulling parts to fill orders, packaging orders, and shipping orders to internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Self-starter able to work with limited supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong mechanical aptitude; must be able to learn and apply knowledge of parts, components and equipment
  • Proficient computer technology skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Must have an excellent driving record
  • Frequently standing/walking for extended periods of time
  • Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of three year’s warehouse experience
  • Forklift, pallet jack experience, preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pulling parts to fill orders
  • Packaging orders
  • Shipping orders to internal and external customers
  • Safely operating all material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and other similar material handling equipment
  • Using company software to perform warehouse functions
  • Working additional hours to meet business and customer demands
  • Promoting a positive customer experience
