About The Position

You will be responsible for completing routine and advanced warehouse activities using defined job processes with a high level of accuracy and minimal supervision. Primary Duties: Utilize PC-based WMS to perform one or more warehouse activities; including, but not limited to, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, put-away, cycle count, inventory, and/or outbound processing audits. Ensure transaction accuracy. Coordinate with supervisor and/or lead on inbound or outbound warehouse activities and performance. Proactively problem solve issues. Train employees on discrepancy issues on daily tasks. Utilize various pieces of material handling equipment (MHE) including pallet movers, stand up forklifts, high lift reach trucks, and order picker. Utilize RF scanners to electronically perform warehouse activities. Support and execute projects, including, but not limited to, DTS inventory, managing queues, and administrative tasks. Maintain the warehouse so it is clean, organized, and safe for all employees. Adhere to all safety and quality policies. Support company goals and objectives. Perform other duties as assigned or requested. Uphold the values of the company and its culture, consistently demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and the highest standards of ethical behavior and professional conduct.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid Driver's License Required.
  • 1+ years of experience using a stand-up reach forklift, power pallet jacks, cherry picker, and sit-down forklift.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • 3+ years of warehouse experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse terminology and practices.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
