About The Position

Galco Industrial Electronics is an authorized distributor for over one million products from over 400 brands, specializing in industrial, electrical, and electronic automation, control, and component solutions. Their distribution center stocks over 50,000 products and offers same-day shipping and emergency service, along with on-site and in-house repair services, and engineering services for integration, retrofits, and upgrades. The DF Burnham location in Sterling Heights is seeking a warehouse associate responsible for all aspects of warehousing, including order picking, shipping/receiving, inventory control, over-the-counter sales, and product delivery. The role also involves hands-on value-added duties such as assembly, labeling, and product alteration.

Requirements

• Must be computer literate
• Must possess good communications skills
• Must be extremely detail-oriented
• Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have basic math skills (adding and subtracting)

• Warehousing experience is desirable
