About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for efficiently receiving, picking, checking, packing, and shipping customer orders while adhering to GMP guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Teamwork, coordination, organization, and time management skills.
Familiarity with inventory control, data entry, and logistics software.
Dependability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist delivery trucks.
Receive and unload incoming products; verify packing slips against purchase orders.
Sort, count, package, label, and unpack inventory.
Inspect shipments for damages, loss, or defects and report findings to the team lead.
Replenish warehouse shelves with received inventory.
Operate pallet jacks and reach trucks for material handling.
Read and follow pick worksheets to handle materials.
Verify product numbers, lot numbers, and expiration dates.
Conduct routine inventory counts.
Utilize RF scanners for tracking.
Update inventory and logistics software.
Identify and report damaged or missing merchandise promptly.
Adjust work orders based on inventory shortages.
Process orders by pulling and packaging materials for delivery.
Prepare shipments in line with SOPs, ensuring proper packaging and shipping methods.
Replenish packaging materials in designated areas (warehouse, fridge, freezer).
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety standards and housekeeping practices.
Comply with all regulations, rules, and policies.
