This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse operations, inventory management, customer deliveries, and customer site support. This position requires someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and willing to jump in wherever needed to support both our warehouse and our customers.

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Previous delivery driving experience is a plus
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
  • OSHA 10 certification required (Mallory will provide training if needed)
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles, including a 26-foot box truck
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Picking and preparing customer restock orders
  • Receiving inbound freight and putting inventory away
  • Shipping customer orders using UPS WorldShip
  • Completing inventory transfers between locations
  • Logging and processing returned materials ("bring backs")
  • Performing inventory counts and inventory control activities
  • Delivering products to customer locations using a 26-foot box truck with lift gate, cargo van, or pickup truck
  • Supporting customer sites while following all required safety protocols
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
