This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse operations, inventory management, customer deliveries, and customer site support. This position requires someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and willing to jump in wherever needed to support both our warehouse and our customers.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Previous delivery driving experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
- OSHA 10 certification required (Mallory will provide training if needed)
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles, including a 26-foot box truck
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and write in English
- Basic math skills
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Picking and preparing customer restock orders
- Receiving inbound freight and putting inventory away
- Shipping customer orders using UPS WorldShip
- Completing inventory transfers between locations
- Logging and processing returned materials ("bring backs")
- Performing inventory counts and inventory control activities
- Delivering products to customer locations using a 26-foot box truck with lift gate, cargo van, or pickup truck
- Supporting customer sites while following all required safety protocols
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
