About The Position
Meyer Distributing is a complete wholesale distributor serving various industries including automotive, RV/towing, outdoor living, and marine, with over 85 locations nationwide. Meyer Logistics, a transportation company, supports Meyer Distributing's shipping network with a fleet of over 500 trucks. The company is driven to perform and is looking for individuals to join their team.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to engage in repetitious bending and lifting
- Obtain forklift and manlift certification within 3 months
Nice To Haves
- Forklift Operator or Manlift (cherry picker) experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Stacking pallets
- Staging orders in delivery area to be loaded on trucks
- Preparing orders by processing requests
- Palletizing, shrink wrapping product and loading it on to trucks
- Picking product
- Stocking product
