Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma or GED required.
A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane.

Responsibilities

Loading and unloading materials and products to support operations at the branch location.
Operating a forklift, light manufacturing equipment, and construction tools.
Completing work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage.
Assisting co-workers and customers.
Inspecting materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment.
Assisting with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system.
Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
Assisting in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas.
Complying with all safety requirements and using applicable personal protective equipment.
