About The Position
The Warehouse Associate is a vital part of our operations team, supporting technicians and ensuring our warehouse runs efficiently day-to-day. This role is hands-on and flexible—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to take initiative and assist wherever needed
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or HVAC parts experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Issue parts and equipment to HVAC technicians to support daily service and installation needs
- Order, receive, and stock inventory, including both warehouse stock and job-specific materials
- Unload deliveries and verify accuracy of shipments
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with inventory tracking and stock replenishment
- Perform light facility maintenance, including grounds upkeep and basic janitorial tasks
- Open and secure warehouse facilities, including end-of-day lockup
- Support additional duties and special projects as directed by management
