About The Position

Tellworks, a growing 3PL provider, is currently seeking associates for our USA Parkway warehouse. This role involves a range of duties including labeling and consolidating product accurately, picking and pulling cartons/boxes, placing materials on pallets or in staging areas, loading/unloading trucks, and matching material documents to requested orders. Other duties may include labeling, cleaning, maintenance, and special projects.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Prefer 2-4 years of experience
Consistently lift, standing, bending, and rotating motions
Must be able to speak, read, and write English
Basic Mathematics Skills
Must be able to pass federal/state/local government and company required background checks.

Responsibilities

Handle multiple tasks concurrently, prioritizing and completing them accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Independently solve problems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Demonstrate basic knowledge of warehouse material handling operations.
Efficiently navigate the AIMS Plus system to track inventory and manage logistics.
Collaborate and interact effectively with all levels of management, co-workers, and customers.
Verify and organize equipment for shipment and receiving to ensure accuracy and readiness.
Utilize strong oral and written communication skills for reporting and interacting within the team.
Ensure departmental processes and procedures are followed, maintaining compliance with standards.
Ensure no damage to products and verify incoming stock against physical inventory counts.
Maintain a clean, orderly workstation, return supplies to proper locations, and clean up at the end of each shift.
Stand and walk for a full workday, meeting physical demands of the role.
Perform all tasks in compliance with Tellworks Logistics safety and compliance policies, adhering to OSHA standards.
