About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules. Teammates will follow all Insight policies and procedures. Each person is accountable for meeting or exceeding individual and/or departmental metrics. Key tasks include receiving and documenting product into SAP, finding locations of product using SAP or client asset management system, preparing withholding tax reconciliation, proactively addressing issues or discrepancies, and verifying quantity and correct products. The role also involves working with the lab team to pack product and post goods receipts on finished product. This role offers opportunities for upskilling, promotions, and career advancement.

Requirements

High School Education or equivalent with at least 6 months of warehouse experience.
Knowledge of shipping, warehouse and safety procedures.
Some computer experience.
Ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills.
Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints within a timely fashion.
Must be able to operate a pallet jack and shrink-wrapping equipment.
