Warehouse Associate
About The Position
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate for its Warehouse Operations team. The role involves the secure, physically demanding handling, movement, and storage of client records and information. The position requires following physical security guidelines while maintaining the security of customer information and a clean, safe work environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The hourly rate is $17.64–$19.85, with compensation aligned with experience. Selected applicants must successfully complete a background check and drug screening after accepting an offer.
Requirements
- Experience and comfort with physical work involving repetitive motions and frequent climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail to accurately follow procedures and maintain the security of confidential records.
- Effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, move, weigh, and sort a variety of items to support an efficient workflow.
- Move records boxes weighing up to 50 pounds on and off shelving and carts, using a ladder safely when needed.
- Use wheeled carts and pallet jacks, and collaborate with team members to wrap pallets for safe transport.
- Follow physical security guidelines to protect customer information.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
