About The Position

Imperial Dade is seeking a Warehouse Associate for their Romulus, MI location. This role is crucial for fulfilling customer orders and maintaining warehouse operations. The associate will be responsible for selecting and locating merchandise, ensuring warehouse cleanliness, and handling loading and unloading tasks. This is a NIGHT shift position, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 4:30pm to 1:30am, or until daily work is completed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1 year minimum of warehouse experience.
• 1 year of high-volume order selecting.
• 1 year of experience with a ride-on electric pallet jack.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Select and locate merchandise.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Fulfill customer orders using pick tickets or an RF Scanner.
• Efficiently build pallets.
• Ensure skids are brought to the correct locations/trucks.
• Review incoming material orders/pick tickets.
• Locate materials on shelves in the warehouse.
• Place materials on the order picker, forklift, or pallet jack.
• Deliver items to the loading area to be wrapped and put on a delivery truck.
• Unload trucks.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Work in a collaborative, team environment.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
