Requirements

Ability to read product identification quickly and accurately.
Ability to work independently with minimal daily direction from a manager.

Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, or move objects weighing 10–50 lbs and occasionally lift or move objects weighing up to 100 lbs.
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach; occasionally required to sit, climb ladders or stairs, or balance.
May be subject to environmental conditions; protected from weather conditions but not necessarily temperature changes, and may need to work in narrow aisles or passageways.
Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
Previous internet shipping experience is a plus.
Familiarity with warehouse safety measures.
Experience using carrier shipping methods for small-parcel packages.
Flexible scheduling and ability to work overtime as needed preferred.

Responsibilities

Accurately pack and ship products of various sizes to meet customer expectations.
Determine shipment methods using software.
Create shipping labels using multiple shipping software platforms.
Maintain a clean work area.
Meet minimum daily shipping output expectations.
Comply with quality standards and policies.
Assemble cardboard shipping containers and fill them with void fill to protect products.
Examine shipments to ensure they meet specifications.
Maintain confidentiality.
Assist in the store or warehouse with tasks such as stocking and pulling parts, as assigned.
Maintain and promote workplace safety.
Secure and transfer cash or other assets.
