About The Position

Keter is seeking motivated, safety-focused Warehouse Associates to support warehouse and manufacturing operations at our Portersville, PA facility. This role is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the plant. Warehouse Associates may perform a variety of functions including material handling, inventory transactions, production support, finished goods wrapping, product staging, warehouse transfers, trailer loading, and forklift operation. Team members may be assigned to different warehouse activities based on experience, training, operational needs, and business demands. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and operational excellence while supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum one year of forklift experience (sit-down electric or propane preferred).
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required by the position.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution experience.
Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
Experience working with SAP or similar inventory systems.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safety-first mindset and actively support Keter's safety culture.
Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other material handling equipment safely and in accordance with company policies.
Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and report safety concerns or equipment issues.
Move raw materials, components, packaging materials, and finished goods throughout the facility.
Supply production lines with materials to support efficient manufacturing operations.
Return unused materials to warehouse storage locations while maintaining inventory accuracy.
Perform finished goods wrapping, staging, scanning, and quality verification activities.
Load and unload trailers while ensuring product protection and load quality.
Utilize SAP and RF scanning systems to execute inventory transactions and material movements.
Process warehouse, production, and shipping transactions accurately and timely.
Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory verification activities.
Maintain organized warehouse, staging, and loading areas.
Follow standard operating procedures and established work instructions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.
Cross-train and perform other warehouse and manufacturing duties as assigned, including machine operation when needed.
