About The Position

Parts Authority LLC. is NOW HIRING – PART-TIME WEEKEND POSITIONS at the Dubuque Super Warehouse. Open Positions include Warehouse Associates and Warehouse Internet Shippers. The hourly rate is $16.50. IWI is a division of Parts Authority, a rapidly growing supply chain company offering career advancement, job stability, and a strong team environment. The weekend shift schedule is Saturday & Sunday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with flexible scheduling available for one or both days, making it ideal for students, gig workers, second income seekers, semi-retired individuals, and stay-at-home parents. Requirements

Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 100 lbs
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach
Occasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/ or stairs) or balance
May be subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways
Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus

Responsibilities

Receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments
Assessing stock for damages
Keeping a concise record of inventory
Accurately filling customer orders
Picking of parts to fulfill orders
Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock
Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock
Scanning items into the warehouse management system
Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages
Organizing the warehouse space
Preparing orders for shipment
Picking orders for shipment
Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments
Operating stock management tools: for example, powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks
Counting stock and keeping inventory records
Routine cleaning duties
Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized
Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations
Securing and transferring cash or other assets
