About The Position
Volt is immediately hiring a Warehouse Associate in West Chester, OH. This is a full-time, contract opportunity. The role involves various warehouse tasks including loading trucks, pulling and staging orders, material handling in outdoor conditions, receiving and verifying materials, and maintaining warehouse safety.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of recent warehouse/ Sit-down forklift experience.
- Ability to read and understand manual sales orders.
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse operations background including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory management.
- Inventory management experience for accurate tracking and organization.
- Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to long-term employment.
Responsibilities
- Loading flatbed trucks for upcoming deliveries.
- Pulling and staging orders accurately for shipment.
- Material handling in outdoor conditions, including exposure to all forms of weather.
- Receiving and verifying material, then staging and stocking appropriately.
- Maintaining warehouse safety by keeping the facility clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times.
